Buffet menus are available for small lunch or dinner parties.  We prepare buffets with
pre booked food and drink for guests to self serve. Prices are per person and include
food and drink as listed in sufficient quantities to provide for all.
Dietary requirements may be catered for if advised in advance.

Numbers

Small party buffets are available for a minimum  of 10 guests and maximum 24 guests.
We are unable to to exceed 24 guests per party owing to sanitation limitations,
reduction in table space  and our duty to provide a safe environment.

Service

In order to provide safe distancing, reduced contact and freshly aired and covid safe environment 
we now provide buffet style service for parties. 

Times

We allow for 3 hours from arrival to departure for either  Lunch or Dinner.
Time extensions are subject to availability and at an additional room hire charge. 

Reservation and confirmation

Initial reservations must be made online and confirmed within 3 days with a  Book Now
60 % prepayment by credit or debit card. Full payment is required 14 days prior to arrival.

Drinks

Drinks must be pre-ordered as we do not offer a cash bar or drinks service.
All menus include drinks. We can provide a selection of additional drinks on the buffet
for self service and charge on a consumption basis. A deposit is required if additional
drinks on the buffet are requested.

Payment

Payment is by credit or debit card. On confirmation the card is charged with 60% of the
total order. 14 Days prior to arrival the same card will be charged with the remainder.
After departure we will charge the same card with any outstanding charges.

Cancellations

Deposits will be lost if reservations are cancelled 14 days or less before arrival.
In case of cancellations 15 or more days of arrival one half of deposits paid will be
refunded as a voucher for use during January, February or March 2022.

Delivery

Can't make it to Us? We will come to you! With temperature controlled vehicles
we  will deliver hot and cold buffets to your home or office.

Disclaimer

In the event that due to circumstances beyond our control we cannot buy
specific fresh commodities or ingredients we reserve the right to substitute dishes
or commodities with products of similar nature or quality.

 

 


Dinner or Lunch Buffet @ £ 62.50 

Mulled wine on arrival; (1/6 bottle per person)
House wine; Choice of red, white or rose. (1/2 bottle per person)
Mineral water; Choice of still or sparkling.  ( 1/2 bottle per person)
Orange Juice;( 1/2 Ltr per person.)

A selection of additional drinks can be placed on the buffet for self service and charged afterwards
for which a deposit is required.

Herb butter fried mushrooms in fried brioche.
Individual prawn cocktail with sauce Canadienne.
Grilled haloumi and orange salad.

Boeuf Bourguignon; slowly cooked in red wine with garlic, onion, gammon, mushrooms and pepper.
Turkey roulade, marmalade roasted and bacon wrapped, with Cumberland & cranberry stuffing and sherry gravy.
Salmon & mushroom pastry parcels, saffron & tarragon cream sauce.

Roasted potatoes, pilaf rice, cauliflower gratin, red cabbage cooked in apple juice with dried fruits,
chicon gratin, ratatouille Provencal, sprouts with bacon & chestnut, buttered leeks and garlic butter fried green vegetables.


Steamed Christmas pudding & brandy sauce.
Individual cherry and orange trifles laced with sherry.
Individual winter fruit jellies.

Filter coffee & tea.


Lunch Buffet  @ £ 35.00  

Mineral water; Choice of still or sparkling.  ( 1bottle per person)
Orange Juice;( 1/2 Ltr per person.)

Breaded mushrooms, remoulade sauce
Oriental fish fritters, sweet chilli sauce

Turkey roulade, marmalade roasted and bacon wrapped, with Cumberland & cranberry stuffing and sherry gravy.
Seafood & potato cocotte with cream, tarragon and bread.
Dolmeh; Persian style stuffed vegetables, piquant tomato sauce.

Roasted potatoes, saffron rice pilaf, root vegetable mash, Mediterranean balsamic vegetables, sprouts with bacon
& chestnut, cauliflower gratin and red cabbage cooked in apple juice with dried fruits.

Bread & butter pudding, sauce anglaise.
Appel flappen, apricot sauce & cream cheese.


Vegetarian Buffet  @ £ 39.00

Bakwan Sayur; Indonesian style vegetable fritters with soy & sweet chilli sauces.
Mediterranean feta cheese salad with olive, onion, cucumber, tomato, caper and balsamic dressing.

Borek; Turkish style goat's cheese baked in filo pastry with spinach.
Chicon gratin; Chicory baked with cheddar and cream, stuffed with mushroom duxelle.
Nasi goreng; Indonesian style vegetable fried rice.
Kedgeree; Mildly curried bean kedgeree with coriander, chilli and mango chutney.
Cauliflower gratin.
Falafel with minted garlic yoghurt.
Cous cous with fruit and nuts.
Carrot salad with coriander and onion.
Honey roasted root vegetables.

Mulled wine poached pears with mulled wine sauce and cream cheese.

Sateh Ajam; Skewers of marinated chicken with piquant peanut sauce.
Babi Pangang; Sweet chilli pot roasted pork with ginger & 5spice. 
Rendang Daging; Curried beef with coconut and chilli.
Opor Ajam; Chicken braised in spiced coconut milk.
Bami Goreng; Vegetable fried noodles.
Singkong Goreng; Fried cassava fritters.
Atjar Tjampoer; Curried sweet & sour vegetable salad.
