Oxtail and mushroom broth laced with sherry.

Tournedos of beef with Gorgonzola crust and bearnaise sauce.~

Pork tenderloin, mustard & honey sauce.

Duck confit, fruits of the forest jus.

Lamb loin, minted red currant jus.

Smoked salmon & cod roulade, tarragon cream sauce.

Monkfish tail pan fried in garlic & herb butter.

Dolmeh; selection of vegetables filled with rice, lentils, olive tapenade and mushrooms
with a piquant tomato sauce.

Chicon gratin; Mushroom duxelle filled chicory, baked with creamed tomato sauce.
