* Oxtail consomme laced with sherry.

Main course

* Tournedos of beef. Madeira jus.
* Venison fillet. Red wine jus.
* Pork tenderloin, mustard & honey sauce.
* Duck confit. Fruits of the forest jus.
* Lamb loin, minted red currant jus.

* Monkfish, tarragon cream sauce.
* Seabass paupiette, crab and saffron sauce.

* Dolmeh; selection of vegetables
  filled with rice, lentils, olive tapenade
  and mushrooms  with a piquant
  tomato sauce.
* Chicon gratin; Mushroom duxelle filled
  chicory, baked with creamed
  tomato sauce.


* Nesselrode Pudding.

* Chocolate & orange mousse.

* Brioche & butter pudding with dried
  fruits and pistachio. Creme anglaise.

Valentine Menu

£ 55.00 person for 4 courses and coffee. 
A 50% prepayment is required at the time of reservation. 

Our Valentine menu is served 11, 12, 13 and 14 February 2022.
We can only accept  online reservation requests which will be responded to
within 2 working days. 
Tables are subject to availability between 18.30 and 20.00 hrs.
